We talk origins, the concept of the 30 day brewery, and what's next for them, as well as, Jeff Hardesty, Founder of Narrow Gauge out of St. Louis, whose Brewery was October’s choice, and Eddie Chimi, from Craftroads Beverage, who has been instrumental in bringing the concept to fruition.
